Joe joins Treehouse bringing over 30 plus years of experience from the Production Home sector managing the building of thousands of homes and communities. Joe will be responsible for in-house construction management operations. This includes, defining company strategy, creating, and leading the implementation plan, and working with the Executive Leadership Team. This also encompasses collaborating with MSA’s in the execution of the Treehouse values, goals, and objectives. His leadership and development strengths in similar roles, experience in the industry along with the geographical areas that align with Treehouse strategies will complement the team, ensuring success as we bring the Build-to-Rent platform online.

Jorge Flores

National Vice President, Purchasing

Jorge oversees all day to day purchasing functions to include negotiating manufacturing agreements, identifying base level specifications, and assisting in plan development. Prior to joining Core Spaces, Jorge has been in the Home Building industry for over 18 years. Jorge has spent time working for a private homebuilder and a publicly traded homebuilder; in his time with M/I Homes Jorge was awarded Purchasing Leader of the Year along with having his team honored as Purchasing Team of the Year. Most recently he was with AHV Communities, a build-to-rent builder, as a Vice-President of Purchasing overseeing purchasing across the country.

As Managing Director-Controller for Treehouse Builders, Lora is responsible for leading Treehouse’s financial planning, reporting, operational accounting, and direct oversight of the Accounting team. Prior to joining Treehouse, Lora has spent 17 years in the residential homebuilding industry with a mix of private and public companies including Beazer Homes, Mattamy Homes, and most recently Robson Companies. Integrated within Robson Communities, Lora has overseen the financial reporting for Utility companies, Commercial real estate, Property Management, HOA’s, land development, and Senior Living. Lora has an MBA from IIT and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Indiana.

President & CEO

Jim Yehle is President & CEO of Findorff, a privately held General Contractor providing construction services for markets including healthcare, pharma, higher education, and residential across the U.S. Findorff has been building for over 130 years and employs nearly 1,000 construction professionals and tradespeople. Jim provides leadership for the organization, is an active community volunteer, and participates on various boards throughout the state. Jim recently was named Executive of the Year by In Business magazine.

Executive Vice President

Jeff serves as a resource for all preconstruction, project-management, and field-operation efforts. Having over 32 years of industry experience, Jeff brings abundant knowledge and heavy involvement to all his projects. His extensive experience is invaluable as he works closely with project teams, particularly during preconstruction and budget preparation. Jeff is a member of the senior leadership team at Findorff and has been instrumental in the growth of the company.

Luke Hutchins

Director of Project Management

As a Director of Project Management and Findorff Shareholder, Luke brings nearly 20 years of experience and a hands-on approach to his work. He is routinely involved with the day-to-day oversight of construction activities, ranging from preconstruction to project closeout, while also overseeing the development of project staff. Luke leads the Findorff Odyssey Group, which provides general contracting services for high-end residential facilities across the United States. His primary objective is to ensure project teams have the necessary resources to achieve success. Many of Luke’s projects have received design and construction award recognition.

Chief Financial Officer

Operating from Findorff’s Madison office, Ben brings over 14 years of professional experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the oversight of accounting, finance, information technology, and the business solutions teams. In addition, he serves on the Executive Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors at Findorff. Ben is a Findorff Shareholder.

Marc’s vision is to develop and manage real estate in multiple sectors that reinvents the environment where our residents live and how they enjoy the spaces they call home. Marc steers company objectives by monitoring and evaluation the ever-changing market trends in multi-family housing, and by doing so keeps Core (and now Treehouse Builders) a progressive industry leader. Prior to forming Core 12 years ago Marc founded LG Group, a Chicago-based residential development and construction company and led the company for 9 years.

Ron Martin


Ron oversees all Land Acquisition, Entitlements, Horizontal Development, Product Development, Vertical Development, Clubhouse and Amenity Construction within Treehouse Builders. Prior to joining Treehouse, Ron spent 25 plus years in the Home Building industry. Roughly half the time working for a private homebuilder, including running his own custom homebuilding company, and the other half with publicly traded home builders. Most recently with M/I Homes overseeing five states, opening 20 plus communities per year, constructing over 3000 homes annually and had oversight of the corporate marketing department.

Since joining Core in 2013, Chad has been involved in the orchestration, design, development, and construction of over 12 million square feet of residential housing totaling $4 Billion in project value. Chad is responsible for leading Core’s Build-to-Rent design, development, and construction platforms.

John Wieker

Chief Investment Officer

John oversees Core Spaces capital raising, financial reporting, and asset management activities as the Executive Managing Director – Chief Financial Officer. He draws from his 20+ years of real estate finance experience to drive portfolio value and manage financial risk across the student housing and build-to-rent platforms. John is a member of the Core Spaces Investment Committee and previously served as its Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining Core Spaces in 2018, John was a multi-sector real estate investor and investment banker at Citi, Merrill Lynch, Macquarie, and Thomas Properties Group. He has been involved in over $100 billion of private and public market real estate transactions.

General Counsel

Adam handles all of Core’s legal matters, predominantly focusing on Core’s real estate transactions. Adam practiced law in the real estate departments of various leading national law firms for 15 years prior to joining Core. For the 7 years immediately prior to joining Core, Adam was a partner in the real estate department of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. At Kirkland, Adam represented public and private real estate investors, operators and developers (directly and indirectly through joint ventures) in all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, operating agreements, mortgage financings, and other structured financing arrangements.

Jen Holmes

Chief Financial Officer

Chief Financial Officer, Jen is responsible for leading Core’s financial planning, reporting, tax, and treasury functions.

Prior to joining Core, Jen was the Chief Accounting Officer of Urban Edge Properties, a publicly traded retail REIT. At Urban Edge, she oversaw all aspects of accounting, forecasting, tax, treasury, and investor relations. Jen began her career in Public Accounting at Deloitte based out of the Chicago, London, and New York offices serving publicly traded and privately held clients in the real estate and financial services industries.

Jen graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison Business School.
